To Record a Batch Customer Invoice
1. From the Customers window, click Invoice.
The Batch Customer Invoices window appears.
2. For each invoice item (or whole invoice), enter the following details, one line at a time:
3. If you calculated the batch totals manually before you entered them into Sage Line 50, check your batch totals against those shown on the Batch Customer Invoices window.
Other boxes displayed on your window show the Account Code, Nominal Code and Tax Rate.
4. To accept your entries, click Save. The details are æpostedÆ to update the Nominal Ledger and the relevant customerÆs details.
If you do not wish to save this batch, then click Discard to clear the data and start again. The Discard button does not cancel any batch entries you have already saved.
5. To exit the Batch Customer Invoices window and return to the Customers window, click Close.
